We have a choice of 4 meeting rooms to suit your needs. Our Largest meeting room can cater for 120 delegate’s theatre style and 80 dinner style. All our meeting rooms come equipped with LCD projector & screen, Air Conditioning, WiFi Internet and all have natural light. We also include flipchart, mineral water, pads and pens for all delegates. The Prince Bar is renowned for its extensive Bar Evening Food menu, Carvery Lunch and Salad & Sandwich Bar. Which caters for everyone’s, tastes. We serve high quality homemade food using the best local produce. The interior has a warm feel to it with low key lighting and cosy open lit fires. Escape into a quiet alcove mid morning or visit in the evening for a sociable night out.
The Corvus Restaurant is the latest addition to the Prince of Wales Hotel. The Restaurant's interior is candlelit with low level lighting, warm wooden and glass finishings, tranquil music all combine to create a soothing Dining experience. Our Executive Head Chef Brendan O'Sullivan and his team have created a well balanced Restaurant menu. The style of food created can be described as a fusion of Contemporary & Traditional Irish Cuisine and Mediterranean influences.
